AB 32: Understanding the Key Players
The Local Government Commission (LGC), through the Statewide Energy Efficiency Collaborative (SEEC), hosted this webinar to focus on clearing up confusion on the roles that the California Air Resources Board (ARB), The Climate Registry (TCR) and ICLEI Local Governments for Sustainability play in AB 32 implementation and climate planning in California. Specifically we discussed: template climate action plans, local government protocols, the status of community wide protocols and cap and trade.
This is the second in a series of 15 webinars focused on helping local governments increase energy efficiency and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.
